Alice in Bisbeeland
April
Love cosplay? Not sure what it is? In April each year, Bisbee hosts the most extreme 3-day cosplay event in the United States: Alice in Bisbeeland! You too can slip through the Bisbee rabbit hole dressed as your favorite Alice in Wonderland character -- along with the ENTIRE TOWN mid-April 2025.
Bisbee 1000 The Great Stair Climb
October
The most unique physical fitness challenge (or friendly fitness walk) in the USA! Bisbee 1000 The Great Stair Climb is arguably one of the most unusual and challenging events in the world. The 4.5-mile course features nine staircases (over 1000 total steps) connected by winding roads. While enjoying the challenge, runners and walkers alike see some of the most scenic parts of Old Bisbee. Take a delightful journey up the stairs and down the roadways in Europeanesque Bisbee!
Car and Bike Show
August
The Boys & Girls Club of Bisbee invites the public to support the Boys and Girls Club of Bisbee by participating in its annual benefit car and bike show to be held on the Saturday during Labor Day weekend on Arizona Street in the Warren District of Bisbee. There will be food, merchandise vendors, a DJ, exotic vehicles, and lots of stuff to raffle.
New Year's Eve
January
Ring in the New Year in Bisbee! The end of the holiday season goes out with a bang here. People come far and wide to celebrate in style. Look for themed parties thrown at local venues for a roaring good time.
Mariachi Festival
November
Set aside the first Saturday in November to attend the Annual Bisbee Mariachi Festival held in historic Warren Ballpark. Come to listen and watch a great lineup of multi-talented Mariachi groups and beautiful folklorico dancers (baile folklórico) from around the world. Vendors serve food to satisfy every palette and beverages for all ages. This is a fundraiser with proceeds benefitting the Bisbee Coalition for the Homeless.
Plein Air Festival
October
Register for this 3-day event and join other artists as they compete for prize money during the second weekend in October. Plein air entrants choose their inspiration from Old Bisbee’s historic architecture, its sprawling staircases, vintage streets, industrial mining remnants, and colorful homes set amidst the scenic Mule Mountains of Cochise County.
Brewery Gulch Daze
September
Every Labor Day Weekend Sunday Bisbee salutes its historic Brewery Gulch with a variety of town-wide events including a pet parade and some rowdy fun! "The Gulch," as it’s known locally, with its 1890s buildings, was once home to 20 saloons and all sorts of revelry.
MAKE Youth Arts Festival
March
Each year in the month of March, CSP celebrates National Youth Arts Month with the MAKE Youth Arts Festival. It is an all-day arts festival for children from age 3 to 17 which provides interactive, multidisciplinary hands-on artmaking at no cost to families. MAKE also celebrates art created by young people with the Youth Art exhibit.
Bisbee's 40th Annual Historic Home Tour & Chair Auction
November
The Bisbee Woman’s Club (BWC) hosts a creative showcase fundraiser of painted chairs and other furniture done by local artists. During the Thanksgiving Day Weekend it also organizes a tour of some of the most interesting, unique, and historic homes in Bisbee. The home tours are a ticketed event.
