Legion Bar & Grill

The Legion Bar & Grill is a veteran-themed bar and grill located in the heart of Old Bisbee, serving mouthwatering pulled pork, homemade BBQ sauce, tangy coleslaw, and cold craft beers, along with live music for patriotic locals and weekend warriors.

The Legion Bar & Grill will officially open in September 2025! However, during the summer weeks, it will be open on Friday and Saturday, as well as holding various events—both private and public—to continue perfecting its operation.

BBQ genius Chef Angel Frederico serves Bisbee’s best BBQ and all things carnivorous.

Enjoy its friendly, well-trained waitstaff, bartenders, and live music.
