Bisbee Outdoor Recreation Center

The Bisbee Outdoor Recreation Center is made possible by Bisbee Vogue Inc. (BVI), a 501(c)3 charity and the second oldest existing non-profit that raises money through grants, gifts, donations, and signature events in Bisbee.

A 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with more than three decades of service to the community, BVI is proud to build and present spaces, places, and events that promote health, well-being, and economic vitality — such as the Bisbee Outdoor Recreation Center at Higgins Hill Park!”

This is the site of the Bisbee outdoor pool, built in 1969. It now includes a basketball court and two pickleball courts. BVI lobbied for and invested financially in building the Bisbee Outdoor Recreation Court (BORC) in partnership with the City of Bisbee and KE&G Construction, Inc. This fitness court features seven workout stations and was officially opened in May 2021.

BVI also enthusiastically welcomes visitors to rent its adorable, whimsical 1000-square-foot, two-bedroom Ironman Suite in Old Bisbee.
