2024 Bisbee Self-Guided Church Architecture Tour
October 12, 2024
On Saturday, Oct. 12, from 10 am to 4 pm, the public is invited to discover the exceptional interiors of thirteen churches of various denominations on a free, self-guided tour in five Bisbee neighborhoods. The Bisbee Restoration Museum and the Cochise County Historical Society are sponsors for this year’s church tour. Maps of participating church locations are available at the Copper Queen Library and the Bisbee Visitor Center, which is open daily.
The free, self-guided tour lets visitors learn about these churches and marvel at the architectural features of each of the thirteen buildings at their own pace.
Many churches will be holding fundraisers on the day of the tour. Thanks to each church’s congregation and docents for making this fine-art history tour possible.
Halloween at Mile High Ranch

Have a frightful time with family and friends at the Fourth Annual Halloween Haunt at the Mile High Ranch. Expect special effects, ghostly encounters, and... creepy critters. Yes, we said critters. This haunted hotel did not get its scary reputation from being sweet and cuddly!
The evening will begin with a family friendly show, and as the darkness grows, so too will the scares with the opening of the Haunted Hotel tours. All activities are free, but donations will be welcomed to benefit our very own Bisbee High School Band Club.

Bisbee Mariachi Festival
November 2, 2024
Set aside the first Saturday in November to attend the Annual Bisbee Mariachi Festival in historic Warren Ballpark. Come to listen and watch a great lineup of multi-talented Mariachi groups and beautiful folklorico dancers (baile folklórico). Vendors serve food to satisfy every palette and beverages for all ages. This is a fundraiser with proceeds benefitting the Bisbee Coalition for the Homeless and the Bisbee Mining & Historical Museum.

Bisbee 1000 - The Great Stair Climb

The most unique physical fitness challenge (or friendly fitness walk) in the USA! Bisbee 1000 The Great Stair Climb is arguably one of the most unusual and challenging events in the world. The 4.5-mile course features nine staircases (over 1000 total steps) connected by winding roads. While enjoying the challenge, runners and walkers alike see some of the most scenic parts of Old Bisbee. Take a delightful journey up the stairs and down the roadways in Europeanesque Bisbee!

Bisbee After 5
